Today I got together with my friend and colleague Anne because we've both been traveling and busy since the day school got out. We met up in Kirkland for lunch on the water at the
BeachHouse. We were lured by the Monday special which is "All Day Happy Hour". Note to self: ask questions before ordering. Seems there was a specific happy hour menu which became readily apparent once we got the bill. Oh well. . .as my sister would say - it's only money, you can make more.

As I headed home, I came across a bumper sticker that made me laugh out loud. Who wants to broadcast something like this? I guess somebody who didn't have one of those honor roll students they could advertise.
