I woke up this morning and decided to throw my huge baker's rack into the yard sale. Can't afford a complete kitchen makeover and I need to brighten it up so I decided to replace my black one with a chrome one. I quickly dismantled the unit and lugged it across the street. Started with a price of $40 and cut it to $30 to sell it. And for those of you who are followers, I haven't even painted and made the curtains I posted about earlier. . .it will happen before September, I'm sure.

It should be noted that I always knew the black one (purchased from LL Bean years ago) was commercial grade but my new purchase proved it. The shelves on the chrome one aren't nearly as sturdy or straight. It cost me more and it's probably worth less. Good thing I don't plan on keeping it for a long time.
