Day 260 - Three Cheers for Sun!

It was so beautiful early this morning.  I couldn't resist taking a few shots of the sunrise when Grady and I returned from our walk.

About 5:15 a.m.

As I drove along Bear Creek Parkway in Redmond, I saw this crow harrassing a female mallard and her babies.  Pretty sure I know what was on his mind as he headed toward the smallest duckling.  I pulled over and yelled at the bad boy. Finally resorted to throwing a few rocks his way which caused the ducks to head back into the high grass.  I left hoping he chose to move on.

I flew out of the building right at 2:45 today because the sun wasn't going to wait. Quickly mowed the lawn and decided I deserved a quick pedicure.  I soaked my poor feet as I watched the news and then sat outside in the sun as I put a quick coat of polish on my toes.

Yeah for flip flop weather!
