Tonight I decided it was time to see what at least 7 hours of sleep feels like. I get up every morning between 4:30 and 5:00 am (sometimes earlier). It's not unusual for me to live on 5 hours of sleep a night during the week. The more I read, the more I learn that this really isn't good for anybody's physical or mental health so I'm heading to bed tonight before 9 pm. On a related note, it is difficult to go to sleep when the children in your neighborhood are still outside playing.
Look at your cute little basket collection! I want to see more!
