Once I heard that the weather was going to be sunny and warm today I was determined to go on a hike. Holly, Emily and I headed for Cedar Butte, just past North Bend. The conditions couldn't have been better and thank goodness we picked a less traveled trail because the more popular ones down the road were jammed. The hike itself was only 3 miles round trip with an elevation gain of 900 ft. and the highest point at 1880 ft. Just the perfect size to get me inspired for the rest of the year.

I like how the marker says "Ceder Butt" instead of "Cedar Butte" |

Pack llamas? Ok!? Never seen that before but then again I have not hiked all that much in the PNW.
