Didn't arrive home until almost 8PM tonight and this was after attempting to take 3 different routes home because of horrific traffic. My two standard quick supper dishes (that's "dinner" for you west coast folks) are omelets or quesadillas; tonight all I could muster up was a tomato and cheddar omelet. The Mike's was a welcome bonus find in my fridge.
