Day 98 - Heirloom Ornaments

These blown glass reindeer belonged to my paternal grandmother who we affectionately called Bannie.  As she got quite elderly it was necessary for her to move into a nursing home.  It was then that she started surprising me at Christmas by boxing up things that were hers and passing them on to me. These delicate reindeer are very special to me.

    They are glorious. Like, Holly, I've never seen any glass creatures with such delicacy and unique perspective. They really live!
