It seemed fitting that yesterday, Thanksgiving, was the final day of cooking in my aging Whirlpool oven which has always been approximately 50 degrees off. My new range was delivered today and it has 5 elements (inc. one for warming and one for turboboiling) as well as a True convection oven with three racks and 2 cubic feet MORE space than my old one. I can't wait to cook something up!
